3rd Annual Canines on the Creek

The centerpiece of the event is a doggy and owner Halloween costume contest and parade. Children absolutely love to watch it and participate in it! We also have scheduled a dog training demonstration from Sit Means Sit in Frederick, a Leader Dog trainer who will speak and a police K9 demonstration.

We have many exhibitors that add color to the event including trainers, photographers, doggy day cares, groomers, and veterinarians. In short, it is an overall celebration of dogs and we know how downtown Frederick feels about its dogs! And best of all, all proceeds go to Leader Dogs for the Blind.
